Terms and Conditions
All appointments, therapy sessions, consultations, coaching sessions, assessments, and classes must be booked and paid for in full at least three (3) days before the scheduled appointment or session. Payments are required in advance, and appointments will not be confirmed unless the required payment has been received within the stated time.
Clients are expected to attend their appointments on time. If a client arrives late, the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the time lost due to the client's late arrival will be deducted from the scheduled session. The lost time will not be extended, replaced, or compensated.
If Dr. Arjumand Raza is responsible for failing to attend an appointment or for significantly failing to adhere to the agreed appointment time, the client will be entitled to appropriate compensation, rescheduling, or an equivalent adjustment at the clinic's discretion.
Missed appointments are considered used appointments and will not automatically be rescheduled or refunded. All payments are made in advance, and no payment will be accepted after a session or immediately before a session unless expressly agreed by the clinic in writing.
The clinic and classes will be closed on Eid holidays and officially gazetted public holidays applicable to the relevant location. Sessions, classes, or appointments falling on such holidays will not be compensated, refunded, or automatically replaced unless the clinic expressly announces otherwise.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their treatment, consultation, booking, and communication. The clinic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the clinic's services after an updated policy has been published may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
