Refund Policy

All payments for therapy sessions, consultations, coaching sessions, assessments, classes, and other services are required in advance.

A refund may be considered where, during the course of treatment, Dr. Arjumand Raza determines that the client requires specialist treatment, psychiatric treatment, or another level or type of professional intervention that falls outside the appropriate scope of the services being provided.

In such circumstances, Dr. Arjumand Raza may discontinue the current treatment, provide an appropriate referral to a suitably qualified specialist or mental health professional, and refund the payment for eligible unused sessions that have not yet been provided. Sessions that have already been completed are not refundable.

The clinic may also consider refunds in other circumstances where required by applicable law. Refunds are not ordinarily provided for missed appointments, late arrival by the client, unused time resulting from client lateness, or sessions that have already been completed.

Any refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and within a reasonable administrative timeframe, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.
