You were not meant to carry this alone.

Many of us were raised to stay silent, about our pain, our marriages, our mental health. In our culture, asking for help can feel like weakness or shame. But healing is not weakness. It is the most courageous act of faith.

At Desi Therapy Center, Dr. Arjumand Raza brings together the science of psychology and the wisdom of Islam to help you move from surviving to truly thriving. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, a difficult marriage, trauma from the past, or simply feeling lost, you are in the right place.
